The short version: we collect only what we need to look after you, we never sell it, and you can ask us about it any time.
Bookings
Online bookings are handled by Treatwell, who process your name, contact details and appointment history under their own privacy policy. We see the details we need to prepare for your appointment and to send booking reminders.
Messages & calls
If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or by phone, we use your messages to answer you and arrange your appointment. Those platforms have their own privacy policies covering the messages you send through them.
Consultation records
Some treatments — colour, laser, permanent makeup, aesthetics — legally and professionally require consultation and patch-test records, including relevant health information you share with us. We keep these securely, use them only for your care, and retain them only as long as professional guidance requires.
Photos
We only photograph your results with your permission, and we only share them — on this site or social media — with your clear agreement. You can withdraw that agreement at any time and we'll take the photo down.
This website
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner to click. If you use the site's feedback tool, the note and screenshot you choose to send are stored so we can act on them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Message or call the salon and we'll sort it.
